Voting and Cheering

1.  Fighters will be required to do a "minimum" of 3 self-votes per week. Not doing so could be grounds for a suspension.

These will be enforced in the following order:
  •  1st week of not self voting 3 x the fighter will recieve a warning from their Team Leader and will not advance to the next level.

  •  2nd week of not self voting 3x the fighter will be placed on hold.

  •  3rd week of not self voting 3 x the fighter will be disqualified.

3 x winners and Champions:

Those that become 3x Champions will be required to do a weekly check in with their team leader by either posting at the forum in their team news or thru team email in order to stay active at TWF comp while waiting for year end championship. We would like to see the Champion also cheer and take part in Team activities. Although this is not required, we strongly encourage it.

Voting and Times:

1.  Voting Times: 11:01 p.m. to 10:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Sunday Evening through Thursday.

2.  You can vote for as many sites as you like but only one vote per day per IP address and Email address.  All duplicates will be thrown out.

3.  Vote Exchanging is allowed.

VE/NVE Board Rule

As of January 1, 2010 the Teams here at TWF have added an NVE side to their teams. This means that ANYONE on the NVE side to the team, ,br> May NOT be on VE BOARDS OF ANY KIND, or Vote Exchange in VE GROUPS at all. Only the members on the VE side to the teams may be on VE Boards!!!

Scores and Placement:

1.  Scores are by actual vote counts.  What you see is what you received.

2.  Roster Placement:
  •  Everyone starts out at DeadWood.  The top three highest scores will then move up to TumbleWeed.

  • At TumbleWeed the top two highest scores will move up to The Expedition at the Semi Final Level. The third highest will remain at TumbleWeed to try again while all others move back to The DeadWood.
3.  If you do not vote the minimum of 3 days you will not move up.

Leave of Absences:

1.  Leave of Absences (LOA's) are allowed at the team level only.

2.  There will be NO LOA's allowed in the upper levels. (No exceptions). If you need an LOA and are in an upper level you will be moved back to the 1st team level and start there upon returning from LOA. If a fighter is in the 2nd team level and will be advancing to the Semi-Finals and requests an LOA, they will be placed ON HOLD at that level and the 2nd highest scoring fighter will advance to the Semi-Finals.

3.  Once a Fighter is placed on LOA it will be for the whole week, or in the case it is requested after the Voting Week begins, for the remainder of that week. No one can be taken off of LOA once it is put in to place for that specific week. They may resume competing the following week. Partial LOAs are not allowed at TWF, this would not be fair to all of our Fighters.

4.  If a Fighter request an ELOA (Extended Leave of Absence), they need to keep their Team Leader informed, as to their ELOA Status, and their Intent to Return and a possible return date. If the Fighter, does not keep their TL informed with their Status, within a reasonable time frame, they will be removed from the Team.

5.  If you need to take an LOA please email me and let me know.

Ballot Stuffing or Multiple Voting:

This will be enforced in the following order:

  • 1st offense, the fighter will recieve a warning from their Team Leader and/or The Owners and will not advance to the next level.

  • 2nd offense, the fighter will be placed on hold and returned to their Team Level.

  • 3rd offense, the fighter will be disqualified.
(We understand that some fighters have more than one fighter in the home, with access to only one PC. So if that applies to you, please give your team leader your email address and that of the other fighters in the home so there is no confusion when counting votes.)
